Joe qualified from the University of Nottingham in 2012 and initially pursued a career in Emergency Medicine before specialising in General Practice. With additional training in Sports and Exercise Medicine, Joe has worked in high-pressure environments from hospitals to professional sport, including Bristol Bears rugby.

His passion lies in preventative care and helping people live longer, healthier lives through joined-up, lifestyle-focused healthcare.
